These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by The Suitcase Company, registered at Plantage Muidergracht 17, 1018 TK Amsterdam, Netherlands ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using our Services you confirm that you meet this requirement, or that you are doing so with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, including pricing and images, accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, change or update information, and cancel orders if information on the Services is inaccurate at any time without prior notice. Prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change without notice.

3. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Fulfillment & Shipping

Orders placed through our Services are fulfilled via third-party suppliers and shipping partners as part of our dropshipping business model. This means products may ship directly from a supplier rather than from our own warehouse, and estimated delivery times shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by supplier processing times, customs, or carrier delays outside our control. 5. Payment

Payment is processed at the time of order through the payment methods made available at checkout. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Suitcase Company or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Dutch or EU consumer protection law.

You agree to indemnify and hold The Suitcase Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our Services.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence if you are a consumer in the EU. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
