Refund Eligibility
You are eligible to request a refund under the following conditions:
-Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
-The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging
-The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
Any items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Required Information
When requesting a refund, please include the following information:
-Full name
-Order number
-Email address used at the time of purchase
-Photos and video proof of the item received (required if the item is defective)
Incomplete requests may result in delays.
Lost or Damaged Items
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes defective within 14 days of delivery, we will offer:
-A full refund, or
-A free replacement
Please contact us with photo and video evidence of the issue.
Lost Items
If your order is lost in transit and cannot be recovered within 30 days of placing the order, it will be deemed lost. In this case, we will offer:
-A full refund, or
-A replacement shipment
Return Shipping Costs
-We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels
-Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
-Returned items must be sent to our designated returns address at the customer’s expense
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or lost item.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
